The Product node holds the item you’re advertising: its photos, facts and selling points. Every connected creative uses the same approved product, so details stay accurate across your ads and videos.
For related setup tasks, read Set up your Brand Kit and Create a product catalog.
Choose where to start
Add a Product node and select it. Pick one of four sources, based on where the product’s information already lives:
| Source | What it does | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Catalog | Picks an approved product from a Meta or Consola catalog | The product is already in a connected catalog |
| Library | Reuses a product asset saved to this account | You’ve set it up before and don’t want to generate it again |
| From URL | Crawls a product page and lets you pick its images | It has a product or landing page online |
| From scratch | Lets you describe or upload the product yourself | It isn’t online yet, or you want full control |
Add a product
1. Bring in the product
- Catalog: choose the catalog, then the product.
- From URL: paste the Product page URL and click Import product. Review the name, brand and description it found, and tick only the images you want to keep.
- Library: click Browse library and pick the product.
- From scratch: describe the product, add photos, and fill in its name, brand, price, description and colours.
Click Add product. Everything stays editable afterwards.
2. Complete the details
Check the Name, Brand, Price and Description. Add Dimensions so generated images keep the product in proportion, and up to five Key selling points for your creative to highlight.
3. Set images and colours
Add Reference images that show what the product looks like, and click a star to set the hero reference. Add the product’s physical Colours (kept separate from brand colours).
4. Choose the sheet and render settings
Pick a Sheet template (see below), aspect ratio and quality, then check the render model.
5. Save and generate
Click Save to keep the product’s details and images in your library, then Generate sheet.
6. Pick the output hero
Review the generated sheet. Click its star to make it the output hero, the image other nodes use first. Use Add generated images to this product to keep it on the product’s library card.
Choosing a sheet template
| Template | Gives you |
|---|---|
| Full set | Several views of the product |
| Packshot | A clean product-only shot |
| Lifestyle | The product in a scene |
Add a Prompt for creative direction such as setting, angle or mood. For long instructions, open the larger editor and type @ to reference an attached image.
Colour treatment
Choose whether to apply the colours you picked, or keep the colours in the product photos. Keep the photo colours when an existing product must look exactly as it does in real life.
Render settings
- Quality: higher quality looks better and costs more to generate.
- Render model: the AI provider and model, with its list price and quality options.
- File format and background: how the generated file is delivered.
- Seed: reuse it to keep re-renders consistent with earlier results.
Click Refresh sheet to generate a new version with the current settings.
Linking a Brand Kit, Location or outfit
The Product node can receive a connected Brand Kit, Location or Clothes & Props. Their assets appear under Linked inputs and can guide the product sheet, for example placing the product in your location for a lifestyle shot.
Note: Use Prompt only doesn’t fully apply to products yet. Keep the structured details consistent with your prompt.
A node can hold several products. Use Back to products to switch between them. On the canvas, each saved product shows as a tile with its sheet, so you can see which product a workflow uses.
